most products that are stacks or propierity blends do not have enought of anything in them to do the job that they are suppose to do. . i would suggest that you get single items that have the correct amounts of the nutrients needed to work in the body. the same goes for protein powders etc. example weight gainers are usless its easier to make your own at home. Since most weight gainers have a ton of sugar in them to push up the calorie numbers most think its a good thing. remember its not the calorie numbers that are important but where they are comming from. besides since sugar increases inflamation in the body why would u put boat loads of in into you. so example gnc's 2200 weight gainer is 96 grams of sugar per serving. 5 grams = 1 teaspoon so you do the math. it only has 50 grams of protein per serving. so its pretty much usless. thats an example of what i mean.

if you need anything else hollar at me

The LAST thing anyone should be doing is counting calories. The Calorie is a unit of energy, so if you each solid sugar, youd be getting more calories. Protein gets used as energy too, but effectively, thus lower calories. There is no magic supplement that will turn into lean muscle mass and there never will be, you have to work for it yourself. Personally im still using creatine and protein supplements in addition to the diet, but i seriously regret buying the energy boost stuff. If you want a real bodybuilders diet, weigh it down with lots of protein and carbs, then take a sugar snack before the workout like a few spoonfulls of honey. Its certainly a hell of a lot cheaper.
