Need to Get Lean/Vascular

without losing muscle.

What's the best way to go about doing this.

a) eat less carbs
b) do more cardio
c) other
d) a, b & c

and please explain

Nutrition is going to be about 75% of any program, whether it's gaining or losing. You could be doing all the cardio you want to, but if you don't eat right, you're not going to lose any bodyfat, and quite possibly, lose muscle instead of fat.

Ok, so what foods should I drop and which should I replace them with.

I eat pretty healthy. No junk food, fast food, sodas, etc. Good carb sources.
