Celebrating Millennium +5 If you know anyone (or you are someone) who lives in Samoa, Hawaii, Alaska, the Windward Islands / Bermuda, Brazil / Falkland Islands, Uruguay, Central Europe, Moscow, the United Arab Emirates,Omsk, Northern Russia, Hong Kong / Eastern Siberia, Japan, Queensland, Fiji or Kiribati and you would like to celebrate the coming New Year on Friday, then please feel free to join 2005 Today @ YAHOO Groups where I will be tracking the new year as it crosses the globe as well as pointing out some interesting little New Year customs (like the flaming balls of Stonehaven in Scotland, parachuting from the Petronas Towers in Malaysia and even dropping pickles in North Carolina) |

100 years I don't live in any of those places, but here in Las Vegas, we are celebrating the 100 year anniversary of the city! It should be fun, and I plan on taking the monorail instead of driving. (I'll park at a friend's house & we'll probably spend the night there. __________________ God is in the rain. |

Tonight I intend to celebrate the New Year's at my regular Friday-night coffee with friends. I wish all of you a happy, prosperous, and safe New Year's. |

Yeah, I sort of rethought things when I saw the crowds. I'm tired, and I'm spending it at home. __________________ God is in the rain. |
