Research required for potential fund raiser As was mentioned by the chief of the UN's relief operation today, it's 10 days since that tsunami hit the Indian Ocean and with the death toll confirmed at nearly 150,000 (but the likely figure according to some estimates likely to be double that) and having about 200 bodybuilders / strongmen / fitness buffs at hand via my YAHOO groups, I am going to suggest that they all come together to conduct a fundraising exercise and perhaps get into the Guinness World Records Book, but as the latest edition I have relates to 2000 (and doesn't list any of the records listed in 1979), I would like to know if anyone can find the answers to these questions? 1) What is the heaviest thing pulled by a single person and a group of people and how far was it pulled? 2) What are the records for timed weight based exercises and body weight based exercises? 3) What records are best aimed at the following age groups: 18 - 29 30 - 39 40 - 49 50 - 59 Over 60's |

Sorry that I don't know the records, maybe you can Google them (it's late here right now). I did donate to Oxfam, for this disaster. Although I'm very poor right now, these people have literally nothing. __________________ God is in the rain. |
