I was actually pretty excited to try this protein for a post workout shake that is easy to mix with water. Unfortunately the taste and I did not agree at all. I got nauseous every time I tried to drink this, but I think it has a nice formula for people who don't mind the taste. I recommend starting with the small bottle or trying a single serving pack if you can find them.
