How To Strengthen Wrists?

Hi All,

I am 27 5'10 and I already have bad wrists. I am not strong I bench only 90lbs, but I have terrible wrists I always have to do fingertip push ups (not really a bad thing) but I can't do some activities. How in the world do you strengthen your wrists?

Thanks,
Trevor.

Check out that article. In the mean time you can buy wrist wraps to use while lifting. They will help keep your wrists straight to avoid getting injured. You can buy them at any sports store in the boxing/MMA section and youtube how to put them on.

Second the rec for wrist straps, but don't over use them.

Just use them on your heaviest sets so you will build up the wrists in the sets working up to the heavy one. Also use them only on exercises where your wrists are actually stopping you from using enough weight to get a good workout.
