I disagree with him not working out- did you notice when he flexed his biceps? that's not the bicep of a stranger to the gym.

I think I once saw a clip where he and one other guy from youtube, who is also a bodybuilder and is into muscleworship (this specific guy used to wear glasses and I've seen him with another bodybuilder who is also a pornstar, think he is called college muscle or some such.) So it would seem our scottish lad is at least bi. All I know is I would be hard pressed (oh those pesky puns) to not achieve a complete automatic orgasm if I were to rub his arms and chest while he was doing those flexing moves.

I hate being so shallow about a guys bod, but there it is.

It's not biomechanically possible to only work one muscle especially chest.

Think about it, to develop s nice chest, you'd have to work with dumbells and do presses and flies and cable.

You can't do those without your forearms holding the weights. You can't carry the weights from the rack to your bench and up to position without your neck and traps and delts.

Sorry guys he's lucky as he'll and I'm envious, but he doesn't work out.

Hey Guys,

Been a while since i posted pics so here they are.

Currently weighing in at around 176lbs, 8%bodyfat or so and my lifts are as follows

Db Bench - 110lb dbs for 4 reps
Squat - 310lbs for 1 rep

Let me know what u think of the progress, hoping to be 200lbs by the end of the year or so and cut to 190lbs and compete next may

PS - IMO strong points are - Chest (you can see i think this cus of al the side chest shots haha), Quads/Hams (might post pics later, but theyre currently 26" to put u into perspective) and back width

Weak points are - Shoulders, Arms, back thickness and overall thickness to be honest
