Just thought i'd return the favour; here's a site I found ages ago and think is great for any novice such as myself to learn the correct way to lift weights for correct form and what muscle's are being put to work.

Hope you find it useful, novice or not.

I'll check it out later, I'm supposed to be cleaning the basement right now... Anyway, a link to another article...MY biggest mistake was not working out enough during puberty,. I did martial arts though...

the catch is....

"qualified trainer".they have a lot of issues that have nothing to do with getting you bigger."how do i avoid a lawsuit?""how do i keep him dependent on me?""how do i keep him amused?"DON'T check out the body on the trainer.check out their clients.i've seen more than a few that look the same year after year....
