possible Superboy in "The Legacy" The premise is like this : a boy discovers a family secret.... his dad is a superhero . Here is the trailer : Sounds like one of the stories here -- I think it was " Super Jaime" . |

When come out this movie??? |

Do "Supers" have super offspring? Do "Supers" have super offspring? Not really the sort of question one would expect to find on a primarily gay special interest forum site... or is it? Well if you subscribe to the example of "The Incredibles," yes, all offspring would be supers, display their powers in infant hood, but the exact nature of the powers frequently don't breed true to those of the parents... In the example of "Sky High," the offspring may or may not be supers themselves and their powers don't begin to demonstrate until puberty and frequently don't breed true and there is a reasonable chance the offspring will have no powers or that their powers are of limited value such as a "Super Sonic Belch" or a "Thermo Nuclear Fart"... You can also explore the variation of whether the offspring of a super and a non-super has any more or less likelihood of manifesting powers. This could even lead off into a rabbit trail about whether or not super genetics dominate mortal genetics, giving even a half-blood super far greater chance of manifesting a power than not. Just a few more angles to ponder. |

On the subject of genes... I forgot to mention the "Mutant X Gene" of X-Men fame. If you got it you are a super by definition. Although the nature of your power is the luck of the draw. Anything from an very nimble prehensile tongue (Toad) to ascended human (Jean Gray). And what is the Chromosome count for a Krytonian anyway? If it's not the normal Homo Sapien 23 pairs Lois and Clark will either need to adopt or find a really high end gene splicer/sequencer to have kids. Ender |
