IT Department bugged

Friends, something is happening at the IT department of the company i work with. This room was normally filled with scrwany nerds that help us with problems at the computers all around.
Well it have been 5 months since i been there with some kind of issues and some of the guys there attended me very well, he was a skinny but i can see very good looking.
Well the bodybuilding bug have bitten all them, now the skinny guy shirts are about to burst i made some compliments about their progress.
This guy who usually may have weight around 120 is now like 190 his arms use to be loke 12 are now 16 or 17 and he really like it.
Other guys there have exploded as well shirts are so tight all around that is like being in a gym.
What a amazing experience of MG there.!!!

Everyone expects the jocks in life to workout but when its the IT guys or accountants or members of the chess club, it is especially cool. I love pics of nerds with muscle.

yeah is akward and surprising to find out how a nerd can build such a perfect body in no time. i still wondering..but same as you i love to see them transform.

Well for all you guys i have the chance to sneak a pic of the guy last weekend as we met at the beach cassually. I was stunned of the hunk he have turned. Actually i have seen his growth thru the shirts but never think will look this good.

By the way The department McFatty guy is on his way too....he already lost a huge amount of fat and im seeing how his body is starting to explode with muscles....

And I'm guessing many of the guys there were inspired by you. Many of us nerdy types eventually decide to get off our bums and work out . . especially if said nerds are in the market for love.

OMG that exactly what i say every time i call him.....hahahahaha

it is really a torture...seen him groing from a very scrawny guy to this hunk....actually i talk to him last week and he said he run off money to buy supplements...i almost offer my wallett .....besides that he is really a good person and we have a friendship and for my best he always come to fix my computer!

For an update i think my friend is now hoovering around 220 lbs very cut, i may say that he has become a real bodybuilder, arms are over 18" for sure, the pants are really snug and i love how his muscular back look throught his shirts. I have also observe that he has become a girl magnet as every time i see him someone is around caressing the arms or the chest... i think a total change of life..for this guy.
As the rest fatty boy is now nice fit but still skinny i think it will take time for him to bulk but he will look fantastic when done.
Other guys bulked but they maintained their shapes nice.

Well this question coudnt come in a better moment!

I bumped with this guy at the mall on saturday during my mothers day shopping.

I barely recognize him but i have to take a look at the walking male specimen, then he did recognize me and cheers.

We stopped to chat, he was with his girlfriend.

Well now he is a real bodybuilder. He is undergoing his second competition and i can tell this guy is big and so cut now.

He was wearing a white beefeter that looks like a second skin on him as you can see the abs thru the shirt. Amazing! he has red short that come up to his upper thights and flipflps ..i have never seen his legs before but these are trunks! also with big diamond calves! and beatiful feet. my eyes went up and down i think they cant believe this is the same guy! how his muscles bunch when he flexed an arm or his pecs contracted wow! his girlfriend was glued to his left arm caressing it up and down while we talk.
He spiked his hair and he told me that he is wearing contacts now so no more nerdy glasses...what a change in life stile!

He is also pursuing a fitness career as he left the company due to problems with his bodybuilding life....what a shame! it always happens! i cannot understand this attitude from the companys..to this sport...

hope i can see more of him soon...this was a real transformation and muscle growth..the once skinny nerdy boy developed into superjock bodybuilder man in like 2 years...

WOW!!!!!! now that would put u off doing any work at all ---- and I'd have to keep calling the help desk so that he go sick and tired of my calls and come to my desk to fix my problem personally ....... then he could rest those mighty puppies on my desk as he sorted my hard drive problem out.

Sometimes guys exaggerate what their coworkers look like, but latinherc, you are definitely the exception. This guy is a total stud and I would have a hard time concentrating. There is nothing hotter than a guy with brains and brawn. Whew!

I really should place my pic here when i am back in shape.. i am a nerd / geek to, running my own computershop ... I suffered a lower back hernia past year and just for 6 weeks completely rid of it ... increasing the workload now .

Well i appreciatte a lot you understand the hard times i have been getting. Unfortunately my computer have been running fine lately so i have lost kind of contact with the guys...and just see them around in the coffee shop or at the restaurant.

I dont know if they train together but im pretty sure they share diets and supplements data and probably training secrets..not everyone have the same will to go that big, but they are big enought to show..i like also the fatty boy which transformed into a fitness stud. i will try to get a pic of him as i see him regularly.
I may say the department is the dungeon now..no weights but lots of brains.!!!

I should have posted in this thread earlier. I work in the IT department at my job, started back in September. Before anyone asks, pics will not be likely =p.

My boss though is a big fellow. I don't know exact stats, but I know his arms are definately around the 18 or so range. I have been getting lots of advice/tips from him and he teaches a weight training class on Fridays in the company gym.

Strength wise I have seen him benching over 300 toward the end of a chest workout. Additionally, I know he plans to compete, for fun, later in the year.
