Noodles to Beef: 4 years and 100lbs later I started four years ago at 140lbs and last week I finally hit 240lbs. Without further ado, here are my progress pics: http://www.californiacow.com/orange/...20-230-240.jpg http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?k...1&output=image 140 > 195 > 220 > 230 > 240 I wish I had taken more progress photos at lighter weights...you can't really see any progress in the last few pics. http://californiacow.com/orange/phot...-2010-3-29.jpg Soon after hitting 240lbs my body revolted and started losing weight. I'm now back down to 230lbs. *depressed sigh* My boyfriend has been reassuring me that "weight doesn't matter nearly as much as measurements," and he's right. I've started to come to terms with weight as a bad progress guide. Just compare me at 220lbs to me at 230lbs: http://www.californiacow.com/orange/...2009-12-16.jpg http://californiacow.com/orange/phot...-2010-3-29.jpg I was carrying much more fat back at 220lbs. I've already started losing the belly/love handles and the indents where my abs should be are starting to show (YAY) and my arms, shoulders, chest and thighs are bigger than ever! Soooo...maybe weighing less ain't so bad? I think I'll be okay as long as my arms/chest/thighs don't get any smaller. It's surreal being this size. I've spent my entire life romanticizing the fantasy of being bigger, and now that I'm 230lbs I still feel small... I'll make another update when/if I hit 300lbs. Until then, I have many more progress pics and stories on my blog: http://noodlesandbeef.com/ Thank you, MGS community, for having such hot and inspiring stories~ __________________ Noodles and Beef |

Very impressive transformation, ekigyuu. I wish you continued success in your future goals. |
| |||
I... I... =o |

I knew Ekigyuu when he was skinny. It's been an interesting transformation, seeing him as he is now. |
| |||
I had no idea you were on here! I've been following your progress, and it has been I inspiring (I gained 20 pounds in the last year!) and extremely hot. Thanks for both, and don't stop growing! >) |

Amazing job man. Wonderful progress! |

Wow! What a transformation! Twink to Muscleman in 4 years must be terrific. 100 pounds is huge. You've gained a person. What does it feel like to be soooo much bigger than when you started? __________________ msldan I like musclemen. I REALLY like musclemen. |

Now that I can organize my thoughts rather than just be stupefied by your change, let me join the people here praising you. Looking at your blog, it's clear that you put a lot of emphasis on being focused and driven, and it shows. It sort of blows my mind when I see people make this kind of transformation in themselves. It obviously took a long time and a lot of hard work and persistence, and I have a huge amount of respect for people that can pull it off. Enjoy the results and be happy with yourself no matter how big or small you are, is all I can say, I suppose. |

what a big, beefy and hot weightlifter you've grown into. |
| |||
I think he was pretty hot from the start, but yeah, he suuuuure did. :3 |
| |||
I've been watching it, and it still blows my mind. Hooolyyyyy shit, Eki's a full-fledged musclebear. >D Er, bull. |
| |||
I've still got a long way to grow before I qualify for the "Muscle Bull" label. Found this embarrassing photo of myself at 140 last night--compare to now: http://www.californiacow.com/orange/140vs230.jpg __________________ Noodles and Beef |

Wow! I'm speechless! You have successfully completed the transformation I dream of. You started where I am now, and achieved my dream goal! Congratulations! Truly inspired! |

Ekki/noodles&beef is impressive! Amazing progress, well done! |

Actually, I don't feel all that big. Even with all the compliments on my "size" I still feel like a small guy. Could take a while for my mind to catch up with my body. __________________ Noodles and Beef |

That's actually a pretty common reaction people that make a drastic physical change have. Like when overweight people lose a lot of pounds and suddenly find themselves fat people living in skinny bodies. Dunno what would help you break out of that, besides just having positive experiences centered around your new physical attributes. :3 |

Interesting! Sounds like a temporary form of body dysmorphia... __________________ Noodles and Beef |

You know, I can more or less relate. At 6'3" and 215 pounds I don't claim to be a big guy yet, but I have been growing over the last year or so and it is noticeable. But every time I look in a mirror at the gym (they always mirrors everywhere...) I still see a small guy. I suppose it always serves as good motivation to keep getting bigger, but I'm not sure I'll ever look in the mirror and think "that's a big guy right there." |
