Yeah the same thing happen to me when I ate like half an hour before a workout. I would feel nauseous while I'm doing my workout. I ask some of the people I trained with and they advised me to let ourselves digest the food we take beforehand. It works for me though...

Thanks but I'm only feeling this way because my body isn't used to all this food. My "trainer" said I'll get used to it in a week.

Your trainer/mentor is right...you'll get used to all of the food and your body will ultimately crave more. As for the cottage cheese, I enjoy it mixed with pineapple or mandarin oranges. Keep it up!

I do the same thing with the protein shakes, and you get used to it. I personally like the bulking phase, as I am never hungry. Granted, I could do without the full feeling while working out, but them's the breaks.
