| Silicondog's Muscle Shrine I was just wondering what happened to that site, I love this site but muscle shrine was pretty good and the only other site close to holding a candle to this one, does anyone have any stories or links to/from that site.     |

| Gone but not forgotten... I don't know about anyone else, but Silicondog's site was pretty much my introduction to the concept of the muscle growth story. I have many fond memories of visits there. __________________ "You can never be too rich or too big!" |
