Would you like to discuss training with one of the best known people to finish in the top 3 at the Mr. Olympia contest in the last 30 years? If you would (and you live in the European continent are) then I would like to cordially invite you to contact me via e-mail.

These seminars are held via the Skype computer programme and last one hour and are scheduled for 1900 to 2100 BST (1800 to 2000 UTC / 2000 to 2200 CET / 2100 to 2300 EET) on Sunday evenings. Each consultation will have no less than 2 and no more than 4 participants to retain quality, and being as they are being done over Skype, you will need to have downloaded the programme and have a microphone to participate. To ensure that the consultation can be detailed as detailed as possible, please compose all questions to be as specfic to your own requirements as neccesary.

The cost of each consultation is $100 (?63 / €75) * and that that once payment is recieved, you will be permitted to post seven detailed questions which will be answered during the seminar.
