You do have a good frame to put on some serious size. Just remember it's gonna take time. To get big you have to eat big. bigjoey has an excellent thread on nutrition and routines. The 5x5 is a good starter, just remember to change things up every couple of months so you don't get stuck in a platue. __________________ Watch me grow at http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/Ragetiger/ I do keep a few other shots in the scraps folder http://www.furaffinity.net/user/ragetiger/ |

I agree with ragetiger....do your exercises with strict form, eat lots, and be sure to get sufficient rest/sleep. The growth will follow! |

saw your thread but would not agree that a 5x5 program is a good beginner program. would suggest a basic mass building program. 5x5 is usually done with a 60 second rest period between sets usually performed with very heavy weight usually 75-90% of max. you need to make sure your nutrition program is supporting your workout goals. The workouts i post are not for the beginner or even the intermediate lifter. theyare a bit advanced not saying they cant be modified but if you need a good beginner program that will do the job then feel free to contact me. |

Congrats on your progress thus far. What kind of a routine are you following currently? Are you recording your workouts in a journal? How has your bodyweight changed? |

my weight since i started (which was like 7 weeks ago i think ) went from 117 to about 124. i think my arms and chest went up and inch from 9-10 and then 32-24 |
