House Hunters Tonight's episode has a hot buff guy named Dean looking for a house with his even more buffed real-estate agent & friend Dimitri. A very nice episode. __________________ God is in the rain. |

It is normal for American websites to publish names and addresses? Dimitri Chami, Realtor, Re/Max Beverly Hills, 9454 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 150, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, Phone: 323-871-8080, Cellphone: 310-779-7474 __________________ The stronger they are, the more muscled they are |

Looks like it's his business address. Great way to get exposure and free(?) publicity, IMO. |

House hunters episode Guys, I viewed this episode and thought it was one of the better episodes of House Hunters. Not only did it feature a knowledgeable buyer, but a seller who clearly understood what the buyer's needs were. The fact that the two guys showcased were masculine and in shape was an added bonus. One funny comment made by the buyer, Dean... as he was entering into the small bathroom... "This is entry is small, guess I better stop working out." Very happy to see the program show a buyer's vision and creativity when purchasing a home vs. looking for typical requirements. Also good to see a buyer looking at architectural details and pointing them out to viewers. Refreshing and again one of the better House Hunter programs. Will watch it again when it comes on. bulkinupbig |

Bulkingup is right that the buyer & agent were both very knowledgeable about spanish architecture, etc. and in fact the buyer (Dean) was an architect. However, I was a little predisposed with watching the two of them walk through the houses, wishing they had less clothing on... It was also hot that Dean kept making little comments like the one in the above post, or like "this is a big bedroom: this could be both a bedroom & a workout room." I also appreciated that they showed 2 hot muscular professionals that were smart. Not at all the way most TV usually tries perpetrating stereotypes. __________________ God is in the rain. |

I Just hope LG didn't see this. Heh-heh. |

So we are assuming that one or both of these guys are family, right? I didn't find out in time to watch. But let it be said again that the HG in HGTV stands for Hunky Gays. Last edited by Yachirobi; March 18th, 2005 at 07:07 PM. |

It was a great episode. Dean was quite built and had great design taste. His comments about building a weight room and getting so big he needed to back off the weights were classic. |
| |||
It certainly kept my attention! Dean was hot, hunky, smart, and had money to boot did you see all the things he changed in that house in 2 months. |
| |||
I just saw that episode too. Dean was hot! Didn't care for his weird goatee. At one point the real estate agent makes a joke... something like "this place is big enough for me to move in too" Then he quickly changes the subject, like he suddenly realized what he said. I was hoping Dean would wear a muscle t-shirt to show off his arms better. Oh well... he was still very sexy. |

there was a point at one house where dean picked up a lemon from a tree in the back yard, and his arm flexed so huge i almost had to change my underwear...way to go, hgtv! |

Link to Dimitri's Picture For what it's worth, a photo of Dimitri (the realtor) can be found here Doesn't look all that big in the picture - damn, wish i woulda seen the episode! |
| |||
Yeah, that has to be an old picture, which means he's bulking up quickly. In the episode he was f**king buff. I'm sure they'll repeat it plenty... __________________ God is in the rain. |

when does the show come on? |
| |||
When are they repeating it next? I'm bummed I missed it now. |
| |||
The title of the episode is Finding a Fixer-Upper. But it doesnt look like there's a repeat of it coming anytime soon. It will probably be shown during the summer reruns. |

Are you guys kidding??? I've seen a number of the House Hunter episodes where single bodybuilder men are looking for houses. Last week, I believe, was a HOT Brazilian clothes designer in LA. You could tell he designed men's clothing for well built 20 somethings. The realestate guy was ok too but not nearly as cute or built as the Brazilian. I almost hit my BF because he was drooling....more than me. LOL. I loved at the end, the showed him entertaining a friend of his...a butch guy with a truck and you could tell he was also a lifter. This past week, another episode with a similar preface. Both episodes were for single men who were looking to expand their residences but NOT because they were thinking of getting married or raising a family. And, both ended with them entertaining their other halfs (it was clear that they were BFs). Yes, I love HGTV. I'd never heard it called Hunky Gay TV before but it TRULY fits. I also love to watch curb appeal for one of the hosts. |

Thanks for the heads up about the repeat. Apparently, Dean & Dimitri have hooked up, since they have a design business together. http://www.dc2design.com/ If you like big guys, and want to see a real powerliftin' musclebear in action, check out Roger Hazard of A&E's "Sell This House" (and a new show starting this Sunday, "Move This House [4 p.m. EDT]). Roger's got huge arms and a powerliftin' musclegut. He's the designer/stager to help people sell their homes. In one early episode that took place in Arizona (I think), Roger approaches the house wearing a cowboy hat, tight jeans and boots, and a fabulous wife-beater stretching tight across his big upper body. And in another, he's standing next to a homeowner, both wearing polo shirts, except Roger's arm is like three times as big as the homeowner's. I like the show...for the home decorating tips, of course. Last edited by beeflover2001; September 28th, 2005 at 09:33 PM. Reason: more info... |

Keep an eye out for "Flip This House" on A&E network. There is a big ol' boy Named Kevin Maloney that is the construction foreman and looks like he just retired from the NFL. His big broad back is a real attention getter !! I can't tell for sure but I think he is about 6'2" or 6'3" and packing about 250lbs. Whew!, he even has that big muscleman swagger as he lumbers abound. I just hope the guy dosen't mis-understand the term "flip this house" and rip a house up from its foundations! http://www.aetv.com/flipthishouse/meet_team.jsp __________________ -ottomun6- It's time to stop sitting on the sidelines and get in there! |

http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/shows_hnt/e..._36160,00.html For anyone who still hasn't seen this one, it's on again! Right now in fact. There will be one more airing at 2am Eastern and Pacific U.S. times. I was just flipping through channels and all of the sudden I had a fit out of looking at Dmitri's pecs. And then I saw Dean in that blue shirt where his biceps pop out. DAMN! *sigh* I love HGTV... |
