Cameraphone pic of hunk

I have a picture of a hunk (in a tight yellow shirt, showing a really nice bicep!) that I just took at my school's computer lab on my camera phone.

I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can send it so that it can be posted on this board.

Thanks for the help!

Where do you normally store/send the pictures from the phone? Does it allow you to email the pictures to yourself?

So, you're going to surrepticiously take photos of people you know nothing about and post them on a primarily gay internet site? Why don't you ask the hunk in the computer lab to help you with your problem. You don't seem to know what to do with the technology you have at your fingertips despite being in a computer lab yourself. Bah! I hope he breaks your face.

Post it!

I have to admit, I'm a little annoyed with the previous two posters. I notmally don't post inflammatory messages, but I feel compelled to do so in this case.

Given the number of pictures posted in this forum (in the pictures section) that are without permission, their arguments are completely absurd. Pictures are morphed and posted everyday without the permission of its subject; the Ezboard forums do the same thing.

If you want to post the pic, I'm sure many faithful readers of this forum would be happy to see it. Not knowing what type of cell phone you have makes it impossible to determine how to retrieve the photo. I'd consult your phone manufacturer's website. If you do post your picture here, I believe that there is an instruction sheet (and list of possible posting servers) that you can use as an aide.

Good luck, and don't let the nay-sayers discourage you.

Actually, everyone so far has made valid some valid points, (though I don't agree with Gene's closing remarks.) There are ethical and legal issues to consider.

In a nutshell, it's perfectly okay to post these pics as long as the subject (a) consented to them being taken and posted in this manner, or (b) is not identifiable. I'm assuming we're talking situation (b) here. If so, you need to make sure this fella's face is blurred out or cropped off and no other distinguishing marks (e.g. tatoos, name badges) are visible in the photo.

These are the guidelines generally followed for documentary work, though this particular example crosses more into the realm of voyeurism.

Actually you can take photos of ppl and generally do with them what you will. In the US, the copyright owner is the person who takes the picture, not the person who's picture is being taken. Think about celebs who's picture is taken by tabloids and published. As long as do nothing to defame their character or cause harm then you're fine. Another case to consider is when someone(tourists, freelance photographers, etc...) takes a picture on a busy street, they don't have to get permission from everyone there to take it or publish it in a news paper or whatever.

You could always attach a disclaimer that the person in the pic is random and anonymous and that being on this site in no way suggests they are gay, etc....

Mlbjock makes some very good points. However, I wouldn't post that pic without his knowledge, but that's me. You do what feels right for you.

Does it make me a bad person that I hope you don't share my ethics & do post the pic?

Harsh words. Methinks you're overcompensating for something.

'Nuff words. Time for action. Pics from Chicago Auto Show, February 19th. It's difficult to get pics of moving people without being too conspicuous... Lots of hot cars, hot gals and guys - but I'll try and stay on topic and only post these... (Hope the pics upload okay)

I've weighed my options and have decided not to post the picture. There is some showing of his face and his shirt is rather unique. I do not want to risk embarassing someone against their own will.

I apologize if this brought any trouble to any of you.

Thanks for all your comments (both positive and negative) and for your understanding.

Why not blurring out the faces and other discriminating things?

ha!!! How Ironic.... I just went to the Denver Auto Show yesterday with a (unfortunately very straight) friend of mine and had more muscle sightings in 2 hours than I've had in the last 2 months.... awesome. Hot cars, hot guys, and hot chicks!! It was a regular drool-a-thon.... they should have had drool rags hanging in various places!

Man... there's nothing hotter than a Saleen S7 with a 5'9" 195lb muscle stud wearing a tight muscle shirt leaning on it and flexing his tricpes as he pushes his body down on the side to look into the glass engine viewing area and you can CLEARLY see his pecs pushing out the front and sides of his shirt.... yummy.....

Well.... except maybe this one tight blonde with a VERY FINE ass carrying the microphone up on a short stage - who was clearly an excellent selection for showing off some new Ford or something ( I can't even remember which car it was... how bad is that? ).

hmmmm.... I had never been to the auto show before. Now I'm sorry I missed it all these years!!! *sobs*
