Question Improving Vascularity?

Looking for experienced guidance on this one -- there are tons of articles about improving vascularity out there. One of the things I find myself challenged with, even after achieving less than 12% body-fat and a solid 33 1/2 inch waist, is vascularity gains. Especially in the arms where it just looks so damn good. I do supplement with top quality L-Arginine to help with blood flow. Wondering if Creatine, even in small amounts, works against vascularity since it promotes fluid retention in muscle? I can't go super heavy with the weights because of shoulder surgery last fall. Vascularity is there, but just can't make it "pop" to the surface very well. Assuming that genetics also plays into this somewhat? Thanks in advance for some helpful posts and info about improving vascularity.

You have to lower your subcutaneous fat which takes time. You need to get leaner than 12% and work your arms with heavy slow controlled form. Also lower your salt intake, and there is a supplement called N02 which will increase vascularity but it does not really work well unless you are very lean 12% is not very lean.

Hi. I've used a supp by Gaspari Nutrition, called 'Super Pump 250'. Man I loved that stuff!! Check it out online. I found it really helped with energy, added strength and, of course increased vascularity, without as much bloating as I had on Creatine. I have some veins in my arms, and at my shoulder/pecs tie-in and they really seemed to pop out more when I was on that supp.
BTW, I took it for 6 weeks, 1 scoop only just before training and when I started on it, I did about 3/4 scoop for a few days to get my system used to it. I had no gastric 'discomfort' at all (a side-affect with some of these supps).
I took a break for 8 wks, then did another 6-wk cycle....I'll definitely do it again, but will take several months before I do it again.
I hope that helps.

Lower your body fat. This is the most obvious way to increase vascularity. You?d be surprised at just how vascular you can look just by having less fat on you.
