 Absolutely! I don't know him personally, but I speak to him about two to three times a week through personal messages. He is a member on here, but his career takes up a great deal of time. He has some weeks that are very busy and yet is able to post videos at least twice a week. His Flex Friday is becoming a major thing on YouTube. He is a very friendly guy and tries to talk to as many people as he can. Again I don't know him personally, but he seems very approachable.  |

| He is saying goodbye, so enjoy his body of work! Just wanted to tell everyone that my good buddy on YouTube Brandon Collingwood, aka shakelightly, is moving on to focus on his nutrition awareness campaign and will begin his trek through the natural bodybuilding world. He is beginning to appear on some of the radio stations in LA that bring to light our growing problems with food, obesity, and exercise. He really is a special man that also has a beautiful mind and isn't afraid to express it anymore. Good luck to him!  |

| Nothing sexual suma, Brandon became one of my good acquaintances over the past two-and-a-half years. He started Flex Friday to sort of build up his fanbase and gain a little confidence along the way. It was popular, but not enough for him to keep doing it on a weekly basis. He took some time off and began to reevaluate not only his career but also his life. He told me that he really wanted to help people truly understand that they didn't need to spend a huge amount of money for supplements when they could make them themselves and he wanted to focus on that area. He is a hardcore 'naturalist' and vowed to never stray from that. (He is a marijuana smoker so when I say 'natural', I literally mean it!) He is not a size fanatic and is truly fine with being at his current weight, it is the maintenance that matters to him the most. He is a big proponent of cardio and recommends people incorporate it into their routines. I could go on, but that is just a snippet of what I have learned from him. When I say 'beautiful mind', I mean he has some really great and original ideas about nutrition and natural bodybuilding that could lead to some exposure for him. Jack LaLanne and Eugene Sandow are his idols so he is truly different from a lot of guys. |

| I just knew someone would say something about Brandon's marijuana habit. He lives in California where it is legal to not only smoke it, but most of the citizens of that state actually have permits.He has said that one of the reasons why he can't keep a girlfriend is because he stinks all the time from the smoke.  (He is just being goofy!) He says it keeps him calm a lot and helps him relax after a strenuous workout. I don't think he smokes very much, maybe once a week. It is also possible that he doesn't even do it anymore with his change in career.  He does drink Miller Lite on the weekends and has vowed that he won't ever stop either. (He is not afraid to say what his vices are!) |

| I smoke weed fairly regularly, and for some of the same reasons indicated in previous posts. Marijuana is about as natural you can get with any mind-altering substance: pick it out of the ground, dry it, smoke it. Some people like a glass of wine when they come home, I like a nicely packed bong. All I have to say is, I'm going to give every tool bag who lights up once it becomes decriminalized or legal a massive amount of shit. This is largely because most people's objection to it rests on this premise: "BUTZ GVRNMT SAS IT ILLEGULZ". And stoners being unproductive losers? Good luck getting an alcoholic off the couch, and even better luck doing that with a strung out heroin addict. The cokeheads will be too busy running from the ninjas on the lawn for you to catch them. All I'm saying is, this guy rocks for being an example of a healthy individual who smokes weed and defeats the common stereotype that all stoners are parents' house-dwelling losers. As for those girls who dumped him because of it: probably gold diggers looking for the usual handout. Fucking cunts. | Shadonyx, Shake/Brandon has trouble getting girls because he just acts like himself and he isn't afraid to be goofy. He has said in previous videos that since he has a great body, they assume that he will have this macho persona to match. For some reason, I completely relate with him and I probably talk to him about as much as I talk to someone else from YouTube who I am quite fond of. (I won't say who! )Anyway, Brandon takes risks and they have started to get him in trouble on YouTube.
