month later after setting up the weights again first 2 weeks i worked out 5 days aweek some time twice in one day etc. chest /morning arms/evening third week i only worked out 3 days then 5 again the last week i regained alot of size quickly was back to lifting as much as last summer after the first 2 weeks first 2 weeks i felt like i couldn't eat or sleep enough i put on 10 lbs over the winter after this month i gained 5 and my waist slimed back to about 37-38 still want to get back to about 36 on another note i found a apt and a job north and will probaly be moving soon so looks like i won't have to cut down my workouts in the winter |

i been around i check the boards often didn't workout much in august inless you count helping my mom and stepdad move out of the house and into the new one my grandmother pasted away saturday so driving home tonight for the funeral and be home later this weekend |
