| London I'm a young mid-twenties guy in London. Been into the gym for a long time but not have the time or cash to properly invest in it before. Would like to get into harder training and grow as much as I can. Looking for mates for help, encouragement and workouts, someone perhaps with the same goals. Anyone around here?     |

| Thanks for the messages so far guys... Anyone else in London (or further away via chat!) interested in helping me reach my goals? I'm a pretty tall but decent built young guy, about 190 just now - interested in any help I can get to grow and get as big as I can - treat me as a bit of a blank canvas! |
