It's a commercial from TMF, the music factory, it's a belgian televison channel... like mtv.

the television station had an agreement with a telephone provider... they had sort of commercial stunt, ...

TMF phone cards, with a number of free texts you could send...
Here's the complete translation

woman on the phone:

Hello, I know you're there... are you going to talk or not?
*guy moans

what are you doing? why are you moaning? are you on the toilet?
Hello?

*guy moans

what are you doing? is there somebody with you?
hello!!!

Muscles have more foon (phone)

100 texts for 7 euros, with the prepaid card of tmf, you can get it on tmf.be or at your base (provider) shop...

The mobile factory (station's called the music factory)
