Cookbooks!

Does anyone have advice on cookbooks, such as the one at Amazon.com: Men's Health Muscle Chow: More Than 150 Meals to Feed...Amazon.com: Men's Health Muscle Chow: More Than 150 Meals to Feed... ? I think it would be a Good Thing to have one of these, since eating should be a delight instead of a chore.

No recommendations right now, but my wife is working with a publisher on a cookbook and she is a great cook, a nutritionist, and she knows how to make healthy food taste great.
