Help dissecting this please So I'm guessing this is all based off of information that's out there. Anyone with a little time and some knowledge care to help dissect this video and make some guesses about what he's talking about? Or, if anyone has already seen this, could you share the gist of the suggestions? My guesses so far are: -Eat before and after workout. -High weight low rep for Ectomorphs -High rep for Endomorphs -Some common supplement suggestions. |
