Depends on where you are but in the US it's legal to take a pic of anyone in a public place. Whether the place of employment has a policy about workers taking (and posting!) pix of customers is a different story!

This falls into some definite gray area. At *very* least please consider blurring out the face in such photographs. You may be flattered if you were in such a position of having your picture reposted on the 'net without consent, but not everyone out there would feel the same.

But these pics are worth it.. he's a hotty. I love/hate it when hot pepper walk into the same room as me. It gets me all bothered and my mind stats coming up withwith ideas to get a snap or two lol.

Legal or not, I would be more worried about moral questions, though honestly I wouldn't mind much if someone did something like this to me.

I would also consider at least blurring his features, though honestly there goes at the very least half his sex appeal. Honestly, if he was a real man, he wouldn't feel threatened (to the point of suing) by a gay guy going all gaga on his ass. {Paws up Monsters!}

Buuuut he might think it freaky, which is kinda understandeable.

Then again who is to say your bank manager doesn't run through the security tapes and practices a little bit of self love over guys like him on there?

Mmm, regular? That isn't regular, not by a long shot. I've seen plenty of fit regular men and this guy is definitely lifting weights, he might not be heavyweight bodybuilder material, but he is definitely body building.
