My transformation so far! ( Picture 'Heavy' )!!!

Well, I thought I'd finally become apart of this community, and as a start to my joining this site, I've been lurking for quite some time. I thought I'd finally post my own personal story, which it is all me. (:
So, I've been working on a long progress on myself. When I first started, I was at an Unhealthy 245 pounds. I was always quite fat and large when I was younger. ( Senior year of highschool ). Very much of a social outcast and hated many of the jocks, etc. Was in the weird group of the school, etc.

And then I moved to London ( August 2010 ) after the summer, still haven't really changed. In fact, I think I got larger.

So, I decided I needed a change my life drastically. I had found this site, started getting a bit addicted to muscle growth videos, muscle men, just fit men in general, and decided I wanted to emulate what I saw in videos, etc. I cut back on lots of my favorite foods, dieting regularly, walked a bit more and decided to go white blonde in hair colour ( About December 2010 ).

Now, I still wasn't too happy with the results, even though I hadn't weighed myself yet, and still felt a bit heavier.

So I decided to take up running everyday. Just until I managed to come home in July ( 2011 ). Thus, I cut back on a lot more food, got rid of all the junkie fried foods I had been eating even though it had been in more of moderation thanks to student budgets. When I got home I managed to weigh myself for the first time since August of 2010. I was at a happy 189 lbs. ( June 23rd, 2011 ).

After that went on Supplements. July 1st, 2011

Started seeing some tone changes ( July 8th, 2011 )

More change ( July 11th, 2011 )

Even more tone, starting to get a bit of a chest!

Now been progressing hard. Gym every day of the week, focusing on protein only diets, High Intensity Interval Training, and now down to 182 lbs. I plan on going another 7% of Bodyfat then really muscling myself out.

And this is now as of yesterday.

I'm finding I've become a bit gym obsessed. Such a gym rat. Think about bodyfat everyday now, protein, calorie deficit, slimming down to tone up, and watching plenty of muscle videos for motivation to get me pumped before the gym. I've found its becoming my straight thing that I'm really beginning to enjoy. Can't wait to see my own progress in a few month's time and by the time I get back to London next month. My goal is a six pack by my birthday which is October 7th. What do you think?

Thanks you guys. I'm just working hard. On a calorie deficit and managing my carbs finally. Also on protein only and two different supplements of Green tea Extract and iSatori Lean System 7.

Msllover - The only thing I've found out about getting into working out,etc is that it does warp your mind a lot. Constantly feeling like I can do more and that where I'm at is not good enough. The upside to that is just that I want to get even more lean and ripped. (:

Well done, buddy. Keep up your enthusiasm and dedication. Get some advice from others on what has worked well for them. Sample different routines (and diets). Good luck getting those abs by your birthday.

omg I didn't realize you answered me directly - sorry about that Um, yeah. Mind warp? Being a worshipper, I kinda crave it. I LOVE when guys transition from meak and cute little things to more dominate and competitive. GRANTED that may in part be due to underlying fetishes...

In all honesty, I truly hope to reach that point where a drive beings to push forward through workout and into dreams of bigger. Hearing a guy talk about that drive is a BIG turn on bud.

Maybe, someday I'll be lucky enough to catch ur bug and follow in your footsteps.

I don't want to pretend to be any sort of "expert" or anything but since you and I are doing similar threads in the same forum we may as well not feign any sort of lame thread rivalry. In my experience that drive is mainly something that you choose to adopt. If you're waiting for it to come and possess you it probably never will. Identify with where you are going, who you are becoming - physically. Whatever vocabulary you identify with, use it. Allow yourself the freedom to see yourself with new eyes and, slowly, this drive will present itself.
