| Muscleworks Bethnal Green I go to Muscleworks every few months(not my regular gym) both to workout and check out some of the big boys. But most times the Competitive BBs aren't there! Anybody know when is the best time to see the really big guys? Cheers. Piotr |

| Hey guys, I train muscleworks once a week, great gym for the big guys. And steroids too. Just wish they would fix some of their equipment. Would be great to train with some like minded muscle dudes there if anyone is interested though. | I'm not far from either MW tho have never visited. I usually train weekday mornings. If anyone is up for an occasional training session, drop me a line. It's always good to have someone along to give that extra push from time to time. |

| should have said as well that the big downside of muscleworks is they dont have any aircon - it gets bloody hot in there in the summer! |
