 cement dude just thought i would share this with you all... my neighbor is getting a patio put in. this morning these dudes are there, already have their shirts off and damn... one of them has to have 19" arms... i had to go out to do yardwork... and at one point the big guy takes two cement blocks and starts curling them... his budddie starts laughing and tries to do the same thing and starts commenting on the guys strength... i wanted to go over and get in on the action but i didn't... too shy.. ;-) just thought i'd share that little bit of muscle sighting.. there may be more later.. i'll keep u posted!     |

| Just a suggestion to make sure that they are more willing to have their pics taken say that you contribute to a "Strong Guys doing Jobs" website and they are holding a contest for "American's Strongest Builder" __________________ The stronger they are, the more muscled they are |

| Concrete guys are SURE to be powerful... I spent a while doing some of that kind-of work and it'll either kill you or make you stronger... Look for Iron workers too... always amazing. |
