Sounds good to me! Don't think I'd have much trouble getting to 300 lbs but the abs might be a bit more of a challenge.

All I will say Nathan is grow, grow, grow! Seriously, you at 300lbs would be a wet dream waiting to happen! Your already hot as it is and adding to that would be incredible! Cheers!

Remember that offseason eating is even more important than training.

what's your weight there Nathan?
from what i recall you're in low 200s at most. blowing up to 300 with some abs might be a stretch realistically.

Photo policy violation, or personal choice?

Seems the photos have been removed. I'm just wondering of you did that, or if ImageShack did?

Diet

Hey Nathan you're looking great. Can you tell us more about the muesli, broccoli, chicken/steak diet? And what supplements do you use/recommend?

hey mate im eating 200g of museli before 12pm so i can get my carbs in. broccoli lows insulin levels which works great for GH use steak and chicken just good source of protein i usually eat steak before i go to bed cause it can release slow protein through out the night and its got fats in which is ideal for repair

supplement wise i take vit c loads and cod liver oil and glucosimine.
i do take steroids and GH
GH works ideal beofre bedtime hence why i dont do carbs after 12 pm so my insulin levels are low and gh works wonders with fat burning with low insulin levels.

i dont do creatine cause it make me internally bleed dont know why
i take loads of amino acids

ask me anymore questions and ill tell u the truth
this is only what works for me and im still trialling and error

Thanks for the info Nathan. Like paarke says, it may be trail and error but it's showing great results! How's the growing going - 280 yet?? Keep up the good work.
