Bulking up again

I started with my trainer this week at 194lbs, 12.5% bf. We are bulking and I'm keeping a food log. He'll keep track of gains and the rule is not to go over 15%bf.
I've posted some before pics and a 5 yr old skinny wasted shot. I'm just getting started. I'd love any suggestions or whatever.

Thanks Brent

I'm kind of responding to the summer challenge, encouraged by 'massingup' (working with a trainer). I have grown SLOWW and just want to get more muscle faster (don't we all?). BTW I saw some recent pics of you----you're a big guy and look great--hope your summer goes well. I will post my diet and training stuff next week----cause it's gonna work!
