| Perhaps I'm in the minority, but I don't like the tumblr format. The huge jumble of pics in the archive makes it hard to pick out a few that you want to "inspect" further. And there doesn't seem to be a way for the moderator to make comments about the material, or for others to comment (often the most interesting part of a post)...just "notes," stating if someone "liked" it, or "re-blogged" it...very boring. Also, for those of us who prefer videos, it's difficult to find them among the jumble of pics. Other blogs are more user-friendly because they separate out the videos from the rest (as "tags" or "categories"). |
