I have just read the challenge myself and can class the rules into three sections Currently do or is easy to do No Alcohol, No Takeaways, No sugar, No sweets, No chocolate, No butter, No fizzy drinks, No milkshakes Plausible, but will take time to establish No saturated fat Physically impossible in the United Kingdom No salt This is why I am intending to start an online petition calling for salt to be banned from foods that do no need it for preservation purposes. If the petition is accepted, would members be willing to sign? __________________ The stronger they are, the more muscled they are |

Paarke, if you train with Nathan, you should be fine. Nathan seems to be doing alright for himself. DUH! Is salt really all that bad though? I wouldn't think that a little bit of salt could be too bad, other than affecting your blood pressure. I would think that saturated fat would be a tough one because a lot of foods have it. Good luck on that one! One cool aspect of this diet is the freebie on Christmas. I don't think I have ever seen that one before. I know you will succeed Paarke because you have quite the strong UK community on here. There are some really great guys. |

I've kind of neglected this but I've been carrying on with the challenge. Since January I've lost three stone or 42lbs. Feeling better for it and hopefully looking better too. |
