my mini workout went light this morning still gonna do the other half tonight not 100% through with the congestion but hoping to sweat out the rest been 10 days since i lifted last when i started i needed more water then normaly but then i did alright upright rows 8 x 130 5 x 130 (rushed into 2nd sets to fast took a few more mins to rest) 7 x 130 bent over rows 135 x 10 155 x 10 155 x 9 miltary press (decent first time in weeks) 135 x 6 145 x 4 115 x 9 thats it like i said kept it brief i got plently of time tonight was eager to get back and see what i could do after this past week felt good to be lifting again |
