Need A Little Help So I'm looking for a little help. I really want to tone up the little belly fat I have and start to put on muscle. My main concern is not putting on FAT.. *sigh*. I would just really appreciate any help anyone could give me with coming up with a good routine and dieting info. So far I run on the elliptical 30 min a day and am getting over the sore part of working each muscle. I have noticed some toning up but I have a ways til I get where I would like to be.
