You're doing well. Lifting every day, how do you avoid over-training? |

I break up my muscle groups for each workout, such as chest one day, back another, shoulders etc. plus, I love weight lifting, so psychology I haven't started to burn out yet |

haha thanks. I'm 23. I've been working out in the gym pretty hard now for about a year. I've done some weight lifting in the past during high school but nothing like what I'm doing now. |
