Sunday Afternoon at the Gym, Part 7...Yo ho ho and a HUGE Man's chest.... Sunday Afternoon at the Gym, Part 7...YO ho ho and a HUGE man's chest.... (C) 2003-2012 Mdlftr Big Matt and Lil' Andy are at it again.... As always, your comments welcomed! Mdlftr Eight months later at the gym…. “C’mon man, push it!” Matt finishes one more rep of incline db presses and drops the weights with a clang. As Matt drops the 120 pound dumbbells, Andy swings the 100s into position. “O.k. man, drop set! Go!” Matt begins another set of incline db presses, finishes, drops them, and takes the 90s that Andy hands him. Minutes later, after working down to the 40s, Matt lies back against the incline bench, drenched in sweat, pecs pumped red and heaving. He has completely worked his chest and it is swollen with blood. Andy hands him a protein drink and he chugs it down. He belches and farts, then laughs. He is an animal. He is a 270 pound animal with a 56 inch chest and 20 inch arms! Andy’s workout and feeding regimen has transformed Matt from a tall, slender man into a thick, heavily muscled brute. He loves it! Andy loves it too. He is now the smaller of the two and he couldn’t be happier! He has always wanted his own red-headed Irish muscle giant, and now he has him! Andy stopped the secret steroid regimen months ago, but that has had no impact on Matt’s gains. A switch to a powerbuilder diet and workouts with heavier weights have done the trick. Matt is packing on the pounds of muscle and getting stronger with every workout! He is intent and focused in the gym. The “flex offs” with Andy are becoming more frequent, and Andy can see that the student is overtaking the teacher. An emphasis on multiple joint exercises, like the classic bench, deadlift and squat has given great results. Not only is Matt much stronger, his ass, pecs and core are thick and solid with muscle. At 270 pounds of pure muscle mass, with bodyfat at 9%, Matt moves differently- gracefully like a cheetah, and powerfully, like a lion. Andy’s routines are steadily adding strength and size to his body, and he loves it! His body has discovered how to build strength and put on muscle. Andy discontinued the steroid regimen months ago, and Matt’s bodyweight and strength continue to increase on a monthly basis. Andy decides that for the next 20 pounds, from 270 to 290, he will have Matt concentrate on upper body. Andy is a pec lover, after all, and he knows how to get what he wants! The muscle worship sessions of Matt’s pecs, along with some post-hypnotic suggestions (“your chest is getting huge. You love your huge chest. Your chest is like the prow of a ship, thrusting ahead of you through the waves. Your chest is like two mountain ranges, pushing into the sky.”) keep Matt motivated for chest workouts. Matt’s pecs are approaching 57 inches around, bulging out and thrusting into space. The massive muscle gain has stretched, enlarged and darkened his areolas from their starting pale pink color and size of an inch across, to massive, dark red circles 3 1’/2 inches wide and still growing. The new size is proportionate with Matt’s huge pecs, which swell out to unbelievable fullness. They hang heavily on his chest and sweep out into space like giant marble pylons, hard and chiseled. Matt’s nipples have increased in sensitivity due to the growth of his pecs and because of Andy’s pinching and sucking. The increased sensitivity means that his nips are always standing perky, especially when covered by a shirt. The mere touch of any fabric, no matter how soft and silky sends electric jolts of pleasure to Matt’s nipples, chest and groin. His increasingly massive chest leaves him in a constant state of arousal which is only alleviated when he works out. It is the perfect endless loop: more muscle means more pleasure, which means more muscle, which means more pleasure, and so on. Andy’s pec massages keep the muscle firm yet supple. His back workouts, to balance all the chest work, are marathons of bent over rows, weighted pull ups, standing military presses, dumbbell front and side laterals and seated rows. Andy plays the rowing scene from “Ben Hur” just so Matt can be inspired by galley slave Ben Hur’s development, as realized by hunky Charlton Heston. Matt's neck is a thick column going into mounding traps that almost touch his ears! His legs are immense, the product of heavy squats with lots of reps. At 32 inches, they are as big as some men’s waists! His obliques are still visible and his four pack is deep and grooved. He is a living work of art, Andy thinks as he guides him through another workout. Nice as always man, keep it up loving the evolving relationship and hope it only continues to grow as time goes on. And love how he is just learning how to grow into what he wants, even without the roids. |
