I've tested the rapidshare download on my Mac and a PC, and the zip file opens on both, but in any case, here are the original links for the clips of Vishnevskiy and Kamali.

Thanks for the clips they're great!! Have you ever seen Alex Georijev's routine from the 2001 Amateur English Grand Prix. He does a great job pretending to be a sort of intimidating Ray Harryhausen brass behemoth monster from Jason and the Argonauts. It's one of the best and most original bodybuilding routines I've ever seen. I'll try to find a quicktime sample of it!! The video is at GMV.com.au
