You have worked out for several years and didn't suffer an injury until now. You practiced an Olympic weightlifting move and ended up popping a couple of vertebrae in your back. The therapist in the gym referred you to a specialized doctor that could help alleviate your condition. You had never heard of such a person before, but you went to him anyway.

When you got there, you noticed that it wasn't the usual doctor's waiting room. There was one chair in the room and you decided to sit in it. When you did, a technician came in and started to talk to you about your back injury. You show the tech your lower back where the vertebrae are at and they write down some information. They then get up and leave the room. You seem puzzled by this strange consultation and start to look around. You notice a cabinet filled with different vials labeled according to the type of injury. You were going to open the cabinet until a man in a lab coat walked in.

He tells you to sit back down so he could examine you closer. He notices that you have scars all over your body from your experiences with weight bars, dumbbells, and whatever else you have been in contact with in the gym. He looks at the document the tech placed inside your file and goes to look at your lower back. He tells you that he has a way to combat your problem. He goes over to the cabinet and pulls out a vial that has a label on it. You notice that is says 'lower back' on it. The doctor goes to retrieve a syringe and places it into the vial. The serum is a gray color when he fills up the syringe and tells you to lay on your stomach on an exam table located in the corner of the room. You are leery of this serum, but you trust the doctor. He plunges the syringe directly into your injured vertebrae and pumps the serum into you very quickly. The pain vanishes after he pulls it out.

He tells you to just lay there for a couple of minutes so that the serum can get into your bloodstream. You can feel a difference in your back and among other things your surrounding muscles. You feel the vertebrae actually moving around and eventually they pop moving back into the position they previously were in. The doctor then tells you to turn around and sit on the table. He says that the serum has other benefits and that he will show you one of them. He proceeds to take another serum from the cabinet, puts a syringe in the vial, and then plunges it into his own arm. He smiles and pulls the sleeve up on his coat to expose a nicely developed arm with decent vascularity.

You watch in awe as you can see and hear his forearm and upper arm muscles stretch and pop growing wildly as the veins branch out into huge tubes and his growth begins to spread to his chest. The doctor opens his coat to show you his expanding chest already nicely hairy start to shred the shirt he was wearing. The reserved doctor has now become more vocal and you can see that he is growing all over. You can hear rips coming from everywhere as his back and shoulders have started to tear through his coat and his legs and calves have split open his pants. He starts flexing his giant arms and completely shreds the coat exposing his massive frame. He grabs you and starts to massage your lower back as if he is trying to stimulate something in you.

You can feel a hot burning sensation starting to erupt in your back. You look as your scars are disappearing and your body temperature begins to rise. You now realize that the doctor has injected you with some muscle growth serum that will change the way you look. The question is what exactly will it do to you?
