| Wow! I've seen his posing videos from a year ago and from more recently where he has really massed up. You can see the stretch marks on the armpit sides of each pectoral muscle. Some serious, fast growth there! Bet it featured lots of chest work -- and it shows! Does anyone know how tall he is and how much he weighs in the "blown up" picture in his kitchen? Any ideas as to how long he's been lifting? How long did it take him to go from "skinny before" to "beefy and built NOW"? Seriously impressed! ~ Also love the red hair and beard! Mdlftr |

| Aw, he shaved.  But he looks great. He was very pretty when he was younger but I prefer him big and burly. That said, I wonder what he'll look like in a cutting phase... |
