An odd request

Hello all, this is Archangel, and I have never posted an image before, so forgive me if I did this wrong. (any and all noob jokes will be ignored) this is a recent picture of myself down to about 190 from 300 pounds. I was posting this in the hope that one of the brilliant artists on this site could slightly touch it up a bit, you know the usual minor morph, but the oddity of the request stems from the final bit of the commission. I was wondering if anyone out there would be able to as stated above minor morph, but add wings. I know weird as heck, but for a guy with an angel name and avatar, its not that out of place. Thanks all, and again, I am sorry if this isn't the right place to ask but hey, I'm new at this.

well an archangel is more of a rank than a name for an angel. the rank itself is relatively low ranked being the second lowest in the heavenly hierarchy. although the archangels we usually hear about are archangels in a different sense as those archangels, such as michael gabriel and raphael, are of a higher rank but are known as archangels because they bring God's word to Earth, which is only capable of the lowest ranked angels who are specifically there to help humanity. if memory serves correctly I believe Gabriel is actually of the Cherubim class which is the second highest, and Michael is actually of the Thrones ranking which is the third highest

Thanks for the lesson. jk. seriously though, I picked archangel as it sounded cool, I was aware that it was a rank, but it served the purpose of a name well enough. that and if I wanted to go for high rank, I would have chosen the name Seraphim, which while cool doesn't carry the same recognition. and my avatar would have to have four faces and six wings, (as seraphims are described in the book of revelation.) enough of the lesson though, thanks to rowan for the awesome work. You are looking really good Archangel. However, maybe you can use some different poses? (And maybe different facial expressions, you look kinda high in that picture)

My main problem with that picture is that the picture crops the top of your head.

You have a point Musclemage, I do look slightly off in that picture, however that is one of the first I have taken of myself since I lost all the weight, and I know the look is a little bit odd, but given the significant meaning it possesses to me, I can easily forgive the photo quality.

Well, I've never been good at photoshopping things in the sense of adding or compiling images. So you'll get no wings out of me, and seriously, you are in such a fine shape already I can't do anything to "morph" your picture as it is. You are just so wonderfully thick as it is.

But... I will give your photo something that photoshop is rarily used for these days. A quality upgrade! omgitsafreakingmiracleofscience!

In case someone else feels up to adding wings or some poundage.

Thanks alot, I've always been incredibly self conscious, but I've finally started to relax a little bit. statements of a complimentary nature, such as yours, are more than appreciated. as a matter of fact, they're welcomed, but the last thing I want to do is start compiling them, while I am getting in better shape, I still feel I have along way to go. To stay on topic the picture needs no morphing. If you lost all that weight and look that good. Good on ya mate!

Meanwhile back to the angel discussion. Angels must be quantum entities if they can move from A to B without passing through the space between. http://www.straightdope.com/classics/a4_132.html So the debate about angel attributes long predates and parallels quantum theory. Too bad they were just blowing pompous steam.

Dont forget that Archangel is also a city in northern Russia, on the arctic ocean...one of the most northern russian provinces. Stravinsky lived there breifly or something. Speaking of random.
