www.musclegrowth.net

Just a note that I have opened up www.musclegrowth.net if people want to blog their progress there. I'm running roller (which is java server pages blog software), and it does permit the posting of pictures, etc (to help with bandwith issues here).

drop me a email, pm, or im if there are any problems.

Scott

site update

I just updated musclegrowth.net to roller 1.2. One neat feature of this new version is that it automatically tracks external sites via rss. Those of you with blogs/muscle growth sites, if you'd like to and/or don't mind, I can add your rss feed to the planet site so people can track your blogs as well.

Check it out at http://www.musclegrowth.net/planet.do

yet more geekiness

In my continuing attempt to become more and more geeky, I've begun to use google spreadsheets to track my workout and progress. here is a link that should allow you to view the sheet. Not sure if it works or if you need to "log in" to google to view it. Curious if it is working. If it does, and anyone has any suggestions, let me know.

Call me a bodybuilding geek for life I guess: I've been doing my workout sheets in Excel for years. I tried keeping track on Palm PDA but that was too geeky even for me.

The PALM wasn't too geeky, just too inconvenient to have in the gym.

I like google spreadsheets so that I can share it with others.
