The Adventures of Superman

Has any one here heard about the release of the first season of the 50's tv show 'The Adventurs of Superman' on DVD on October 18, '05? I sure am excited about it! I can't wait!

The Adventures of Superman

The version I mean has George Reeves as Superman. The link you gave was a small logo saying "image hosted by Tripod". Its cool. Sometimes happens to me. But if it was an image of someone in the 50's tv show, then yes, I mean that version.

Bit of grisly trivia:

George Reeves eventually committed suicide by shooting himself in the head.

When I was a kid, a friend of my best friend's big brother somehow got his hands on a foam rubber casting of George Reeves' death mask! My friend showed it to me and it was seriously CREEPY! It was soft and spongy, just like real flesh!
