I don't think Dennis is pushing him, I think he is holding the guys back in a certain position to explain the proper form of the exercise. It appears the yellow shirt guy is maybe doing a tricep pushdown and I believe that both men are looking into a mirror so that yellow shirt guy can understand what Dennis is trying to show him. |
