Need help...

Hi, I'm 20 years old, I'm 5'11'' and weight 230, I'm an obessed person and I would like to change that. If anyone can give me tips on how to loose the weight and turn my fat into muscle mass, and what kind of exercise and dieting I should do. It would be greatly apreciated.

Here are the secrets to losing fat and gaining muscle.

Stop eating fatty and sugary foods and start working out at a local gym.

Losing fat and gaining muscle are no great impossibilities. You CAN overcome the obstacles if you want to. It's YOUR priorities that you need to get in order. If you have self-doubt, then you need to start thinking more positively about yourself.

I can tell you that the diet is going to be the toughest for you. I have been lifting since 1993 and I still find it the most difficult to overcome. Getting ot the gym and doing the exercises is the easy part. At least for me anyway.

Just my 2 cents

Good luck to you

CANTI,
I agree with everyone else here. I've lost over 110 pounds and the hardest part is keeping my diet "clean". Getting into the gym is the best "fat-burner" I ever found.
If I can lose the weight and build up some muscle, anyone can do it! Hell, at your age and weight, you should have no problem. Keep us posted and we'll do our best to help motivate and encourage you.
