[color=red]- That last pic hulkmuscle posted was the best one (IMHO). Hr was not only big, and buff, he was also cute. And from the look of that bulge in the front of his shorts, he wasn't lacking in any department.[/color]

[color=#ff0000]- As for the whole "muscle with glasses" thing, I beg your indulgence for another of my long posts/theories. [/color][color=#ff0000]I think there are a few reasons some of us find muscle/glasses so attractive:[/color]

[color=#ff0000]- Despite their increase in trendiness in recent years, we still often (and wrongly) tend to associate glasses with the geek/nerd stereotype. Ya know, the braniac type. [/color]

[color=#ff0000]- We (also wrongly) seem to associate muscularity with the jock/henchman stereotype. Ya know, the big-dumb-palookah type. [/color]

[color=#ff0000]_In conclusion, a big, cute, muscular guy gives us all something nice to look at. But the addition of glasses also causes us to think (wheather true or not) "Hmmm, he must have brains too!" And c'mon guys! Who doesn't want a big, bulging, muscular cutie whose mind is as fit as his bod?[/color]

Maybe it's me but Lannighan is sexier to me with the glasses. Without them he's still very hot but the glasses just DO something. It's the Clark Kent thing I imagine. Clark looks better wearing the glasses and suit than the costume. He also looks better as a drawing than as a realized motion picture character. I wonder why that is?

No, it's Chris Filippelli. I met him at the Eastern USA in November when he took 2nd in the Masters Over 45 class (he got robbed). He's also on Bigmuscle as Musclhorseman. Very nice, approachable guy. I believe he's from Florida.

Great to see Alexandre Nataf. I saw him at last year's NABBA Universe. What an amazingly thick bodybuilder. He's one to watch with or without glasses. He took second in the Class 3 (Medium).

My favorite thread. It says "I'm not a god. I need glasses and am a flawed guy just like you. But flawed guys can workout and build muscle." This thread motivates me to get my butt in the gym and work out. And, yes, I wear glasses.

That's so true. I think that a person's flaws can be more attractive than the features that are considered attractive. The guys who are text-book handsome are often ugly to me because they're too attractive and don't look like the people I see everyday so, to me, they're almost inhuman.
