| Thank you all for the great comments and feedback! It is great motivation to keep going and growing, which I plan to do. I have a site link on my Yahoo profile which tells about how I started, the time it took to develop my physique and how long I have been lifting. At 46, it is still quite a challenge to put on the mass, so now more than ever I am fine tuning my training to avoid injury and training smarter as well as harder. I will post more pics in time, and hopefully make these current pics of me look "small" by comparison. In the meantime, max lifts and muscle growth to all! | Revised "Before and After" Pic Time for an updated "before and after" picture. The after is pretty recent, so I thought I'd throw it in.... and yes, it is 100% me, and STILL hoping for more size Ron P.S. as a thought, it does make me feel good to know that one of my "after" arms now equals the size of both of my "before" arms COMBINED!
