 big guys lifting other guys Hi Guys been a while since i posted, but great to see everyone is getting on well.  . just wondered if anyone has any pics of guys lifting other people? I was at the pool the other day with a few friends and one works out...alot...He decided that it would be fun to start playing throw the little guys and grabbed me, hoisted me to a near press-slam and threw me into the pool. After he fished me out (lifting me out using one arm i hasten to add) and repeating this at least 5 more times my interest was peaked and i realised how impressive this is. Anyone got any pics of similar feats of strength?     |

| Attachment Limitations This was gone over a while ago, but still comes up as new posters emerge. Some time ago, because the expenses were escalating dramatically, the option of posting attachments directly to the Forum was eliminated. Since then, the way you post attachments is to link to a service such as Photobucket where you've uploaded your images (photos, drawings, etc.) Most of these have both free (with limitations, just like e-mail) and "premium" options. Many of the attachments seem to be linked to Photobucket, but there are a number of choices, such as ImageShack, Yahoo Pictures, Pride Sites and I'm sure others too. It's all very easy and free/cheap to do, or a techno-spaz like myself would never have been able to manage it. |

| For those of you that have joined recently there is a bandwidth problem on the site so if you want to post pics u need to get them set up on a picture hosting site eg photobucket.com and then copy the link to here rather than the photo itself. |

| Yea! I think it is. Brad's website is actually worth the price its one of the few I think are. He has live webcam shows a couple times a month and the site gets updated about 8 to 10 times a month with new Pics, Videos, Full Webcam shows (in case you missed it live) among other things. The only other ones I have found worth my money are Bruce's and Musclegallery.com |
