update

started back working out end of sept took a few weeks to get back up to speed
split up my workouts so i working out 5 days a weeks each muscle group gets worked about twice a week my arms look bigger abit more defined be trying a few diffrent things set wise so my workouts may alt week to week been eating and sleeping alot probaly more eating then sleeping this week i did sets like
this for military press i did a first set of 115 for 10 then 125 for 8 135 for 7 145 for 4 155 for 1 then back to 115 to failure next week i might try to get 3 set of 10 at 125 or 130 or start heavy and drop weight with each set still working out alone at home lately i been wishing i did have a spotter around so i could push myself more benching right now i'm doing sets of 8 on bench at 185 i done 195 a few times for 4-5 reps even did 205 once last week probaly could of done 2 but i very careful when i bench alone better to drop weight and do as many as i can that way i start posting my workout again soon and keep everyone posted

Congratulations on your return, grywlf! I know when I've taken time off the absolute hardest thing to do is just walk back in the door of the gym. Keep plugging along and others will see how serious you are. If you workout at similar times each day, you're bound to find at least a spotter, maybe even a reliable workout partner. Keep us posted.
