Ok, a few more questions

First...thanks a lot for the help earlier. I've managed to get through the 'no results' phase and am seeing a lot change.

That being said I seem to have a hit a wall or something and I'm not really sure what to do. Basicly I'm working out three times a week right now, but for some reason by the time I get to day 3 I can barely lift anything. When it comes back around to day 1 again I'm fine but I'm killing myself to lift what was easy on day 1 by day 3. (To clairify my workout days are Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday). I guess I'm overexerting myself, but I don't really know what to do about it.

The other thing is something that I really don't know what to do about...I am definitly gaining muscle, but it all seems to be underneath the fat that I have and I don't seem to be losing any of that, even with a change in my diet. I have some people telling me different things but I was wondering what you all think? Just to clairify I'm not really that fat but it's annoying that I can tell this is all building up underneath but nothing is showing...well except for my biceps which I have to say I am very happy with.

Again thanks ahead of time.

OK, you are starting to transition from beginner to intermediate. You are going to have to step it up another level. Try 4 days: ie. Mon, Tue & Thur, Fri. Your muscles now need more work, more often. Congratulations!

As for the muscle being under fat, it is there right now, it's just others don't see it yet. If you keep building up all Winter while it's natural to where lots of loose clothes, then others will be shocked by your transformation this next Spring or Summer! This is a long-term game, but with a great reward. So just stay focused, and in the gym.
