question ok say you work out really hard , wake up sore the next day then go to eat now is it just me imagineng things i swear i can feel a fulness in my muscles like they been fed and are not quite so sore anymore just wondering if anyone else ever noticed this feeling |

That full feeling is from glycogen loading (the uptake of glucose - and water - into the muscles) from the food you are eating, which would be much more pronounced after a nights sleep. |
